Clarification Request:
I thought I "got it" when Lou previously pointed out that we don't want to reserve "ALL RIGHTS" anymore because they can only offer their "LAWS" and "RIGHTS", that THEY tender within THEIR jurisdiction?
My chimp brain is NOW suggesting that I missed a post that more or less said "keep those words 'cause THEY are the JURIDICAL trustees".
