Other than depositing/filing the security with the court (previously, before going to the hearing) I would not whip out that Birth Certificate in court. A presumption is created if you are found in possesion of a security that belongs to the government. Like being found in the possesion of cash, at the moment of being detained/arrested.
I someone asks me about a birth certificate, I would reply: "What is a birth certificate? Are you trying to attach information from a public document to me?" But, that's just me.
My thinking was the birth cert is evidence that I am the lawful holder in due course and therefore administrator and the only party with standing...
I won't be using it unless they mention it. If they ask for EAMONN O BRIEN I'll give it to them for dispositioning.
Surety will be my main objective. I've established myself as a party without surety regarding the matter already.
I remember the Admiral mentioning something about denying any attachment to the birth certificate, if asked about it in court. Oh well, I guess we will find out. I wish you luck!
We all know there's no legal authority without surety, only arbitrary orders to ignorant cops... If I know there's no hope of the case being dismissed and I'm prob going to end up being taken away arbitrarily then I'll be signing as surety... Can't afford to be jailed for any amount of time...
