A Notice of Claim is NOT an ATTACK, it is a Notice, notifying a party your intent to claim, in regards of something....
It might be contest and/or challenge.....in fact, the goal of this Notice is for them to CHALLENGE it, so your claim can be destroyed......this is a NICE and Honorable thing to do.....you are telling them that you have good reasons to claim, but giving them ALL the latitude to DESTROY your claim....
It's NOT offensive.......
