So PfuckingBDDY need to send a Notice of Claim to those ( The State of Mass.) who made YOU "WORKED" (see the legal definition of the word "work" please) by VIOLATING all your fucking rights (Let them tell you that you have no rights).....
I know, rights is something that we may don't have, but LET THEM TELL YOU THIS.... :D
So, that Notice of Claim is just business as usual, just send it, and let see what they will do with it....
Do NOT invoice anyone at this point, just NOTIFY them your intent to do so....
