Here is how I see it....my bookkeeper for SGMI buys stamps sometimes. She submits the receipt to me as President of SGMI. I review the receipt to determine if the receipt was obtained while she was acting as an AGENT of SGMI and to further the goal of SGMI. if I determine that both criteria are met, I offer her consideration in the amount of the receipt.
