Ladies and Gentlemen,

We have a special treat tonight. Whilst dealing with the daily crises, both local and abroad, and innocently managing my little empire (that's right, I'm innocently trying to collapse the banking system and start a war), I received a private message from one of our regular members. This is a man who survived two purges...so I tend not to ignore such messages when I receive them.

The member in question, having survived the aforementioned purges, may benefit from several presumptions, prime amongst them is that he is not an idiot. You can presume this as "idiots" tend not to survive purges.

This is a man who has accepted, or is well on his way to accepting "actual reality". This means he has learned the Number 1 Rule of the Universe: Scott is ALWAYS right. This is not arrogance, or hubris, it is simply a fact. Against all odds it's proven time and time again. You don't need to figure out IF I'm right; you simply need to figure out WHY I'm right. I don't possess any mental powers that you don't, so there's obviously some "secret" that allows me to be right...

...I mention this because we have, as a result of the aforementioned communication, acquired a new member.

For your consideration I present to you, Carol Elizabeth Catalano . I am making this post of course to welcome her to the group. That never goes well. Veterans of THE TENDER FOR LAW know that sometimes it's good to get the ADMIRAL's attention long after you've joined; but it is never good to get the ADMIRAL's attention the second you have joined.

This only means one thing.

Our little island of actual reality is about to be attacked with an incoming orbital strike of exploding bullshit. But don't worry folks. I didn't get to be ADMIRAL by abiding bullshit, and my CAPTAINS would really appreciate it if I kept my job. I've got this one covered.

...let's see. How shall I handle this one?

Should I carve her LEGAL bullshit up on the autopsy table? Or should I just come right out and call her a fucking liar, right after I give away the ending? Giving away the ending (for newcomers) is totally my schtick. If you think "spoilers" are a bad thing, do a search in this group and see if you can find why I think this is stupid. That will give you something to do besides lying to people.

Carol Elizabeth Catalano has conjured into existence a fabricated "elite birth", and our longstanding member passed me documentary evidence that allegedly supported this position. He did this with the intent of authenticating this document with an expert. I informed him he made a wise decision and wished him luck in finding an expert. I then went, "Oh wait...that's me!" and then additionally informed him that he does not need my expertise to determine this document is fake as hospitals do not, can not, and will never have the AUTHORITY to CERTIFY ANYTHING! Hospitals are not LAW offices. Hospitals are not GOVERNMENT. The LAW SOCIETY and the GOVERNMENT (or HER MAJESTY and an ORGANIZATION) are the ONLY LEGAL entities with AUTHORITY to CERTIFY anything. Hospitals give NOTICE of the event. The REGISTRAR GENERAL RECORDS and CERTIFIES an event. That event is a RECORD and CERTIFICATION that a CROWN ORGANIZATION was ORGANIZED on that date.

Anyone telling you otherwise is lying to you. Anyone claiming a hospital CERTIFIES anything, is lying to you.

Therefore, Maximus Legis, Carol Elizabeth Catalano is lying to you. This of course gives her the dubious distinction of being the very first member of THE TENDER FOR LAW that has lied without typing a God-damned thing! What kind of a parasite mentality does it take to accomplish an amazing feat like that?

...no really, that was a serious question. :/

I apologise I was wondering why you didn't tell me anything when I sent it and didn't expect any kind of scrutiny for at least several days as I know how busy you are and how valuable your time is. I assure you it was not my intention to present anything other than genuine material to you and this group both which I value greatly. Time for a FUN FACT from The FENDER: Canon Law dictates that a BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE shall NOT contain the parent's names, UNLESS SAID PARENTS ARE DEAD.

Send them an invoice for that amount of money you had no choice to pay, plus $2 million for violated your right to the security of the person. Start with a Notice of Claim before you send the invoice, give them 30 days to challenge the intent of claiming

Admiralty Maritime Law/Banks deals with MONEY, meaning SURETY and ACCOUNTING, therefore "LEGAL." It's own jurisdiction.

Canon Law/Catholic Church does not deal with "surety and accounting," there is no LEGAL. And that has it's own jurisdiction.

Trust Law/Nobility is the highest form of law, then Canon Law, and thirdly Admiralty Maritime law. Each form of fraud, I mean law, has their own "game", with their own "rules." One jurisdiction cannot tell another jurisdiction what to do.

I quickly realised and gave my standard response. Thank you for your request (I have two actually one of which is to ignore/delete) but why may I ask would you want to befreind a total stranger and in particular why me?

she started to try and educate me as to how the world was run for their benefit blah blah, she couldn't tell me any more than I already knew and wasn't very flowing or consistent with what she was saying in fact I had to keep correcting her. when questioned further on it she kept repeating the same stuff and going in circles

she agreed which I was surprised at, But In the meantime started explaining how she walked away from the family and was no destitute with no i.d of any kind apart from this special birth certificate. She wanted help to find a way to survive as she was eating at the local mission etc. Moving forward she then decided she wanted to apply for an educational grant from a foundation so she could train for employable skills, get this AS A FOREIGN STUDENT BECAUSE SHE WAS IN PRIVATE JURISDICTION.

When I pointed out how fucking stupid that idea was the emotion came in. Oh man what am I going to do I need to get money to live blah blah and thats when I realise she was going to try and squeeze me for money next. So I stoped her going any further with that ploy by getting back to the Birth Certificate and sending it to Scott to see what it meant exactly.

It looks like she targeted me over some time and saw me as weak, learned some of the lingo but didn't realise I was more clued up than her pathetic effort. She got excited when I mentioned TTFL and the expertise within thinking she had found not just me but a whole group of suckers to "help" her, she even mentioned wanting to go over to the public side and become a citizen etc.

I guess I knew that there couldn't be such a thing as a special Birth Certificate, but I hadn't a clue really but it's obvious now. I got a card from the Doctor saying my Daughters now existed in the world and the Registrar recorded THE EVENT :-)

It has been a while since i have looked at a live birth record, but mine does say Department of Vital Statistics (as does this one). I thought the department of health might just be the party that records the event and the vital statistics department would certify.

Scott or Ceit. Did I get that right about the Department of Health providing the documents for ME to fill out? That is the ONLY thing they had to do with the birth, besides providing the attendants and facilities.

Let's say, for the purposes of this discussion only, that this "woman's" story is true. Why would you trust/entertain talking to a complete stranger, desperate for money, talking shit that you admit did not made sense, then send a photoshopped fraudulent document to Scott for his scrutiny, to then say you knew there was something wrong with her, yet still you did all this? :/ What was the motivation, and intent behind your actions? What did you stand to gain for doing all of this?

If there was a sexual motivation, which is my kind of motivation (I am weak in that way, :D ) or a monetary, or acquiring knowledge. But just from the details given, you stay you had nothing to gain.

I am really trying to understand why is that I have spent part of my Sunday in this crappy story. :/
