Look at it this way: Can you step onto my vessel and start dictating terms? NO! If you TRIED, I'd just have you tossed overboard. FACEBOOK PUBLICLY TRADED. THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT PUBLIC.

Facebook is a PERSON and YOU AGREED TO THE TERMS. PERIOD. You don't get to agree, and then set terms after.

Why do you idiots think you can ignore rules for "persons", yet expect them to be obeyed when they apply to you? Instead of typing legalese bullshit, type the following: "I'm an ignorant sack of shit who celebrates their own ignorance. I have double-standards, and I expect use of products/services that I had no hand in making, to obey my idiotic declarations."

When one is faced with "new terms" of contract, they have a choice to end the contract, agree and continue the contract, or renegotiate the terms (volley offers to and fro, in good faith, until agreement or dismissal). When FaceBook invents "new terms" to existing contracts, the use IS acceptance to the terms. I USE FaceBook, so think of myself as a CONSUMER but am I something else outside this capacity to the FaceBook? If FaceBook can use my creations for use, Do I become an AGENT? Just a thought :/

Right, I now recall that an Agent has powers to make agreements on behalf of the company. Sorry, I was thinking the wrong way. >:(

An AUTHORIZED agent can make any fuck ups he wants, and the AGENCY will always be SURETY for this agent, he might be fired at some point though.... :D

Depending on the gravity of the fuck up, he might be fined too, depending on the agreement he has with the agency :D
