So tomorrow i go to court for not having enough money to pay the collection agency collecting for not being able to pay my compulsory Dutch health insurance !

So finally i'm joining the front line to get some experience to teach others ...

I want to charge for my time - as a newbie i feel a bit scared - do i need to charge by sending registered post letter to the courts address first declaring my intentions? or send to the collection agency address?

Also is there a file in here somewhere for a general courtroom ABC baby steps to getting these f$% of my back?

Here are my steps: - Prep: letters sent to bailiff (bring with me) - ID - passport only - no birth certificate (should bring) - Send registered post to courtrooms informing costs for my time (too late now? - can this be done on the day?)

Entrance: - Declare common law war! - (how do i reserve my rights?) - State i'm the S.A.Administrator - Ask to see the invoice ... - (Do i ask to discharge the debt by surety?)

What should i expect and how do i leave the courtroom with the debt discharged?

I'm willing to start paying health insurance again when they PAY ME to be able to do so! as a negotiation is this sensible?

So the collection agency is taking you to court? If so ask to see the contract because you don't know who they are or remember any business/contact with them that would substantiate such a claim. Collection agencies are really easy to shut down.

They're hoping you don't show so they get a default judgement. Basically one just needs to demand they prove it. I would go in and say hey I'm willing to pay just please show me the contract first because I don't know you or recall any business with you.

OK, Quick tips. I bounced this one off The Fender, because he sees the whole Legal Matrix at a detailed level I dread having.

1: You have no contract with a COLLECTION AGENCY. The Collection AGENCY, IS the AGENT for that DEBT, though. IT'S THEIR RIGHT.

2: DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE DEBT, THIS ALLOWS THEM TO CLAIM THEIR RIGHTS (which is why you reserve ALL rights in any communication), and you walk in LOSING.

Pete Daoust always says he has a PERSON in his pocket, but what KIND of "Person"? There are MANY kinds of PERSONS!

Pete Daoust would be better saying "I HAVE A LEGAL ENTITY in my pocket"! ...an entity for which HE is not the principal. The TRUSTEE on your Birth Certificate is the principal. In MY case, it would be the GOVERNMENT OF ONTARIO, which is an AGENT for the GOVERNMENT OF CANADA.

Pete Daoust has a LEGAL ENTITY (Fiction) in his pocket. He is the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR for that LEGAL ENTITY. When he SIGNS, he is BINDING THE PRINCIPAL, who is THE GOVERNMENT OF QUEBEC, an AGENT of the GOVERNMENT OF CANADA.

The same way you invoice anyone else. Send them an invoice. (Duh!)

...but that puts you in THEIR jurisdiction. If you don't want to take the time to do the Administrator's job, pass it to the Principal. Inform the court that you must notify the principal that they have been charged :D

Dude ...you should just stay out of court all together ... you don't like your even ready at all ...you might just make more case law to be used against others who actually know how to work the court room. Practise with friends and role play b4 any real life stuff man ...geesh
