I REALLY HATE when people do that.

Any way, I still say that the most detailed part is the penalty, fines and fees part. You want your intentions clearly expressed. Fine like income tax does and don't waver.

Well one can get a good price for scrap metal nowadays but scrapped threads that contain gold should not be scrapped.
