Demand PROOF that LEGAL TENDER is NOT an acceptable way to pay. If it's "unacceptable", she is saying it's ILLEGAL. That would be the only LEGAL reason to refuse the "PAYMENT", so if she's saying that, she'd better show you the Act or Statute that says she has the authority to refuse!.
