CPA is the closest you have there. There ARE Chartered Accountants, but they work almost exclusively for banks or government. That's what the GAO is for, and it's FULL of CA's.

It would seem if they are 'chartered'... you follow the terms of the Charter.... if you want to know. js Seems to me, if you're floating your own boat, you have your own charter. I would think self sufficiency in ability to fund ...'insert contract'... in good performance and fair dealing would be mandatory to avoid conflict with war ships. But I'm a dumbass, correct any error of thought accordingly.
