Kent that's not correct, I spent almost a full hour of MY TIME explaining everything to her BEFORE I sent both instruments. SHE asked questions to better understand it all. She WAS informed. She knew what was coming and what to do with it. She just IGNORED once she got the registered mail.
Anyways, now I wanna know what's the proper way to deal with those 3rd party interlopers falsely claiming the PERSON has been doing something wrong...
Or what should NOT be done at this point.
