I'd rather say that,
Stopping the car on the bridge would not only put you in danger, but the cops and other strangers using the bridge as well, so that seemed like the best decision to you...
Wow Pete Daoust sorry to hear that. Those Bastards love to kipnap and generate revenue. Pete all I did was rebut all presumptions of the court and that I unlike the rest was not a ward of the court. Then I read the Notice of Mistake on the record and ended with you did not answer my questions.I never even referred to the judge as your honor or judge just as You and who are you?
Its a shitty situation to be standing there alone against all those Bastards who are just following orders. I told them also from day one I will not plead anything cause to plead means im begging from them as if they have authority over me. You only plea to masters and I am my own master.
I don't understand why you would say anything more than:
I am a man, I have a person, but I am not surety for that person
Various clubhouse rules
Notice of Mistake
Surety
It could have been worse, without the bit of knowledge I have....they know when you know stuff they don't, and for that specific event, it helped me....
After the first time they've brought me in front of the justice, they pulled me out of there in a rough fashion, and that cop made it very clear that he was not happy with the way I behaved in that court, I literally told him to pull his gun and to shoot me in the head if he's not happy.....and I told him to fuck off.....
I was awarded for that with a 4 hours in a isolated cell, with my jacket on, chains on my wrist and chains on my legs, at 90 degres celcius :D
Then they brought me back in there for 8 seconds... :/
I just had the time to say, if me or anyone else led you to belie
Then in prison, in the FF wing... :D
Oh man. That's intense....how did this pan out after all, they recognized you were "unslavable" and let you go after that amount of unlawful mistreatment. Like its not going to burst in their face again?
I was talking about this kind of thing tonight with maybe the only man in Nova Scotia that I can talk about this and not be looked at sideways. We agreed one should never protest anything at the scene with an officer. When he was asked for his licence he responded with "I would be happy to give you the property of the crown you are referring to".. he said the officer responded saying "oh, arn't you liberal?". The short story is he was on his way 3 minutes later.
In western Canada, rcmp and city cops all want to hit nails with their hammer badge and special powers ( special like in special Olympics) you just don't want to be a nail for special person with hammer badge.
Being polite, questioning the process and having them on their way the faster possible is to my opinion the best idea. I'm not fan of getting my teeth kicked in to prove a point that they cops don't care about.
Thats exactly it Steph Boucher. They don't know "and or" care about any of this any more than any average numbed out person who just wants to get through their day. Not the place to prove a point.
They have serious financial incentives as well as, if we look into the psychology of psychopath, it is all to their benefits to be where they are. Someone resisting arrest passively with clever words... sounds like a button pusher for special kinds of idiots who want to use force unlawfully and keep benefiting by "obeying orders" to dodge responsibility.
but it's not legal (yet) and they out power us, with guns and stupidity. The proof is that other people who tried had more bullet in them then practice target :(
They don't play by the rules at all. I've realized I'm better off playing the game and keeping my head down until this banking system collapse and war thing happens. No matter what I do they'll just point a gun at me and force me to do as I'm told.
If Pete goes to jail, what hope do us "clueless morons" have. Trying to fight them in their system is a meaningless excersise in futility. Scott has always told us what the real solution is.
I was in jail for 32 hours because I refused to " cooperate".
The minute I said YES, because that's the ONLY word that went oit of my mouth that last time they've brought me in front of the justice, I was released.
I just said YES.
I did not had to enter a plea, the justice entered it the day before.
Just a YES got me out.
Lets think about it, and lets find the definition of the word "cooperate" and the word "yes".
:-D
When they asked me if I was MR. I said"If you are asking me if I am acting in a diminished capacity, then no I am not. He told me a warrant would be issued for Mr. Hatt's arrest. I said"if I'm not the man your looking for then I guess I don't have anything to worry about ,do I? I walked out
