According to Widukind of Corvey, a Saxon in Thuringia was approached by a local who asked to buy the Saxon's torc and bracelets. The local offered him a pile of dirt in exchange for the ornaments, which the Saxon eagerly accepted. The Thuringians thought they had made a good deal until the Saxons claimed the entire country on the basis that the dirt had been a livery of seisin, and made their legal claim good by force of arms...
Seisin. French scisin, to make to possess or to sit upon. The possession of land under a
claim, either express or implied by law, of an estate amounting at least
to a freehold. Towle v. Ayer, 8 N.H. 59 (1835). See Seisina
below. Originally, seisin was the completion of the feudal investiture;
it now means ownership. A "covenant of seisin" and a "covenant of right
to convey" are synonymous. Cook v. Hammond, 4 Mass. 488 (1827).
Disseisee. A freeholder of land ejected by another from his possession of an estate or freehold. Disseisin.
Ouster or deprivation of a freehold. A wrongful putting of him out of

Where one man invades the possession of another, and by force or
surprise turns him out of the occupation of lands: being a deprivation
of that actual seisin, or corporal freehold of the lands, which the
tenant before enjoyed. 2 Bl. Com 195; 5 Conn. 257, 518; 58 Ill. 589; 56 Me. 268; 2 Wend. 166. Disseisor. A person who intrudes and ejects another from his possession of an estate or freehold. Livery of seisin. Pure feudal investiture or delivery of corporal possession of land or of a tenement. 2 Bl. Com 311. Seisin in deed. A possession in fact by one having or claiming a freehold interest. Seisin in law. The right of immediate possession. Constructive seisin. The equivalent of a seisin in deed. Jenkins v. Fahey, 73 N.Y. 362 (1878); Hart v. Dean, 2 MacAr. 63 (1875).
Seisina. Latin. Actual possession of an estate of freehold; seisin, q.v.

The phrase "to sue one's livery" refers to the formal recognition of a noble's majority, in exchange of payment, for conferring the powers attached to his title, and thereby freeing him from dependence as a ward. - Alan H. Nelson, 'Monstrous adversary: The life of Edward de Vere, 17th Earl of Oxford,' Liverpool University Press, 2003 p.71
Livery Delivery
An archaic legal word from the feudal system referring to the actual legal
transmission of possession of an object to another. For example, a knight would
obtain an estate in land as tenure in exchange for serving in the king's army
for 40 days a year. The king would give exclusive possession of the land, (i.e.
"livery") to the knight. A writ of livery also developed which allowed persons
to sue for possession of land under the feudal system. Livery (or "delivery") of
the land was important in completing legal possession or, as it was known in the
feudal system, seisin.
This stinks of "The Fender".
That's just my expert opinion. I have followed The Fender's exploits, and on the surface, you'd think Scott had trained another "Simu-Drone", but his exploits were LONG before meeting The Admiral.
This man's "Legal" knowledge DWARFS The Admiral's. I know that's hard to accept, but that just means (As the Admiral always puts it) you've got your scale wrong.
Scott Duncan is planting a seed here. I know this, because I know Scott Duncan. Just as I know "Livery of the Person" is right around the corner.
Spoiler Alert: "Livery of the Person" is the first in a long line of quasi-hidden things it seems Scott Duncan is going to teach. The Law Society REALLY should settle their personal debts with The Admiral, because it seems he's no longer considering ANY contract with them, valid, but complies with his end anyway. It's one of his classic moves. He waits for "The Fender" to bring these things up, and thus can discuss it without initiating it.
Always Legal and Lawful.
I'm certain that is what is happening here.
I'm too busy these days to play in here. I read my own timeline (which is all Scott, all the time) to keep up with things, and this caught my attention.
I wanted to go on record as saying that this stinks of "The Fender". That's all! Carry on!
Like Daniel J Wentz, you will only get a response when/if he feels like it or has time. If The Fender wanted to answer your questions, he'd have done so LONG ago.
I am the ONLY one who isn't thinking that teaching you is NOT a huge waste of fucking time. Everyone who uses the Lou Manotti account, uses it to see just how many tons of pearls are cast before the swine. Nothing more.
"Women aren't PERSONS under the law. NO PERSON=NO
SURETY. It's why you need INSURANCE."
Scott said this a while back without any further explaination or questions. Is there something missing from this?
I think this have to do with "Livery of the Person" is right around the corner.
But I am French Quebecois, so I can miss the point once in a while....so don't TRUST me on it... :P
It is my understanding that CIVIL LAW jurisdictions are different to COMMON LAW jurisdictions. COMMON LAW deals with ESTATES, but I think it is different in CIVIL LAW. How would LIVERY OF THE PERSON apply/relate to CIVIL LAW, Admiral Scott Duncan?
Oh....I see! Maybe someone I trust can Livery this Person I happen to have to the BlockChain. It would be unchained. :-D BitNation is TRYING to set a platform for this, but failing.
So...I happen to be reading these mortgage documents I signed in my ignorance and check this out:
"Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to mortgage, grand and convey the Property..."
The person I happen to have acquired that house approximately 15 seconds before it gave some parasite the right to attach a security to it. The more I read this thing, the stupider I feel.
