I would agree JessicaDawn AndOthers...but you ignored the other document from the Office of the Registrar General. That too is a polite request at the moment but when agents for the state begin quoting Acts like it is mandatory you know that can only last so long.

Upon review of the other document, one could use the information from INFANT SIP's paper record (accurately) to comply with the Office of the Registrar General.

Not quite Mackximus Minimus...Midwives are not nurses or doctors. If there were an emergency they could suggest an ambulance and going to the hospital for medical intevention. Still doesn't change the fact that the baby is not a PERSON until the baby is registered. I should have them ask the baby to register herself when she can understand them and if she wants to :D I sure as hell don't understand.

I made sure we don't fill out anything during our hospital stay. But, I have to also roll with the punch of life; a woman that has her person contracted in contract with mine, and she wants the product of her womb to be able to have a person too so she can travel... that is the paradox of slavery with no leash ;)

Just ask WHO will be SURETY for that new person.
