Time to play "Let's ask questions" with Capitaine Pete :D When I spoke to the MASTER of questions a couple months ago Pete wished he could do this again for his kids because he would take a very different approach. He would have lots of quesions to ask the government . A few members of the TTFL now have new babies so I think doing this right is an important undertaking so our kids, using Pete's words, will be "fucking powerful!"

I received these in the mail this week...first from the Ministry of Health, who got the "Child's Date of Birth" wrong, and then from the Office of the Registrar General (which is in the Ministry of Government Services). So how does the government know a baby was born? Well the midwife INFORMED them.

Apparently the VITAL STATISTICS ACT "requires" a man/woman to register his/her child (LEGAL term) within 30 days of the DATE OF BIRTH (ADMIRALTY term) lol! Notice that it says "You can't get a birth certificate for this child until the birth is registered" :( According to the midwifery clinic the birth was registered by them. Apparently there are two parts, they did the first part.

So as Captain Pete wisely suggests I'm not saying that I won't register my little girl, but before I do I have some very important questions that I require the REGISTRAR GENERAL to answer first. So what questions would you be asking folks? :D

My third question...What if I don't want a fucking birth certificate, do I still need to register that my baby was born? I know Capitaine Pete's brain can do better...I have more but this is what popped into my head to start.

Take a load off and empty your brain here Capitaine Pete . You had some fucking incredible questions that I would never have thought to ask. Here's a question the Captaine gave me...If I register when my baby was born will this information be used to create a LEGAL PERSON? :D

Dear Registrar General,

This letter you sent to the PERSON says that the VITAL STATISTICS ACT requires the person to register the birth of their child within 30 days.

I think there has been a mistake as the PERSON named did not give birth to a child. A baby girl was borne by a woman though and I am wondering why this is any of your business. If this baby girl is the reason for your letter then I require further clarification from you.

If a man and woman do not wish to register the fact that the baby they created was born, are they forbidden from creating and then having a baby together?

This is certainly a valid perspective Capitaine Pete and since it is all SURETY and ACCOUNTING one that must be asked. I still want to know how they can compel a man to do anything if he is not a slave :P I will ask both :D

I have an answer. You have a few semi-evolved chimps, and a whole bunch of zombiefied semi-evolved chimps. A few semi-evolved chimps give guns, and a fat check to very few zombiefied semi-evolved chimps. In turn, very few zombiefied semi-evolved chimps force the rest of the zombiefied semi-evolved chimps to "comply." The end!

This reminds me of another question Capitaine Pete suggested to ask: "Will the information included with the registration of my baby be used to create a LEGAL PERSON?"

Another question to ask might be "Why does my baby need this LEGAL PERSON?" or "Does my baby need a LEGAL PERSON to live?"

I think Pete is making a solid point. As much as a lot of things need to be clarify. Why not asking one real important one... like the most important ask for a written answer and then follow up with more question.

(1) The mother and father, or either of them, in such circumstances as may be prescribed, or such other person as may be prescribed, shall certify the birth in Ontario of a child in the manner, within the time and to the person prescribed by the regulations. 1994, c. 27, s. 102 (5).

55. (1) Every person who neglects or fails to give any notice or to register or to furnish any documentation or particulars respecting the birth, marriage, death, still-birth, adoption or change of name of any person, as required by this Act and the regulations, is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not more than $50,000 for an individual or $250,000 for a corporation. 2001, c. 21, s. 17.

So to this video it is only necessary to give notice...no registration is required. This Steve Bates does spend time talking about the meanings of certain words but I can't help but notice that he does not talk about the definition of PERSON. Why does this feel like circle jerking to club house rules?
