I think you are correct, Jesse Alexander, but is not a "express" trust something from the common law tradition? I am in a civil law jurisdiction. Here, like in QUEBEC, they have a different word for every fucking thing. :/ Civil Law is confusing.
We operate in TRUST LAW here, as well. I know that much.
