I have had the same challenge. Everyone points you towards statutory trusts, this of course is not the correct jurisdiction for the aware/awake. If I am not mistaken only lawyers can deal with statutory trusts.. I just purchased the book, the art of passing bucks

When an express trust is created it establishes its OWN jurisdiction. Correct?

Exprss trusts..... put the legal ESTATE entirely in one or more (persons), while others have a beneficial interest in and out of the same, but are neither partners nor agents. This SIMPLE, adequate, common law right, any person or group of persons sui juris may exercise. The trustees issuing certificates of beneficial interest divided into shares as well as issuing bonds and other OBLIGATIONS as freely as they open a bank account, have a pass book, draw and circulate checks or make whatever contractual relations are allowed to persons as a natural right.

I think you are correct, Jesse Alexander, but is not a "express" trust something from the common law tradition? I am in a civil law jurisdiction. Here, like in QUEBEC, they have a different word for every fucking thing. :/ Civil Law is confusing. We operate in TRUST LAW here, as well. I know that much.

The Express Trust deals with common law, and the law of Estates. Here is different. That is why I am asking the Admiral about this. Maybe he can shed some light here.

FORMAL RESIGNATION, and ABJURE the REALM are not synonymous. So, I concur.

Ha! The concept of ownership. I just need to Express the TRUST, have a TRUSTEE in place, take POSSESSION of the VESSEL. LIEN//FORMAL RESIGNATION, and give PROPER NOTICE as a COURTESY. But I want to see if Scott has anything else to say.
