There is a TENDER for LAW (Legal Jurisdiction) attached to the money. You can trade beads, coupons, notes, stc. None of that has a TENDER FOR LAW attached to its use. Fiat currency and the accounting behind it DOES. It's that simple.

What about the tender for law that money provides in terms of public debts? Why do you choose to buy public debts based on this tender, even though we know that we aren't the party with surety for public debts?

For the benefit of the "law". That's what separates me from the Free-Dumbers; I PAID FOR THAT LAW, AND I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. They don't follow the rules anymore. The Tender For Law, which Fiat Currency provides, is in fact, FRAUD. If you rip ME off, I destroy you. The rules are simple. I was ripped off, so I am going to LEGALLY and LAWFULLY collapse the banking system and start a war. I'm not saying anything NEW here. Where did I lose you?

I KNOW the Acts, Codes and statutes better than anyone else. It's why I "invested" in them. It is like a race-car driver buying a fast car. He has the skill to get the MOST out of what he bought. Imagine how pissed off he'd be if 4th gear threw the car into reverse and the engine flew out of the hood? Imagine how much WORSE it would be if the dealer started saying it was the drivers fault for not knowing 4th gear sometimes shifted into reverse! Well the same thing happend with me and "law". That's why you even know I exist.

So... in response, I intend to torture the dealer inside a shipping container out at sea, and drop his naked broken tortured body somewhere in West Africa. He can then become a victim of THEIR "system". I will then repair one of the cars for my own use, and melt the rest down for scrap. The proceeds of which, I shall happily pocket as remuneration for my trouble.

For my clarity - When we use legal tender it's a BENEFIT and the use of this BENEFIT implies that we have requested it and this imports a promise to PAY for this benefit. Therefore we gave up our consideration for this benefit back to Bank of Canada and this is why we have no ability to create credit. Due to our own ignorance we screwed ourselves over in exchange for a Benefit based on Debt. This means we have all given up our ability to create CREDIT to BANK of Canada and that was our exchange for the use of debt notes...is this correct? and would the valuable consideration we rendered for this be found in section 57.1 of the BIlls of Exchange Act?

Bank of Canada is owned by the persons (shareholders) and i have one of those Persons. I am the SOLE authorized Administrator for this person. So I can decide to NOT buy back public debts, the choice is mine. Or, I can accept ALL public debts sent to that person, since I have the right to its SURETY. Holy smokes Batman this makes sense!

OK. Here in REALITY, most of you dumb chimps are too stupid to even know what MONEY is, muchless what the BANK OF CANADA is. The government KNOWS this, and therefore borrows from PRIVATE/CHARTERED Banks. The banks must lend ACTUAL money that they don't have, so they BORROW it OVERNIGHT, from the Bank of Canada, and pay it BACK with all the "loans" they made, the day before. CITIZENS are left holding the bag. In the United States, the banks are more efficient. They simply TOOK OVER the Federal Reserve. Americans were too ignorant to notice.

Because 12 USC 411 demands an inelastic currency. Since the Instrument is money, it becomes inelastic...which means no fractional reserve banking. It also means that I am bypassing the Federal Reserve System....It will be accounted as a liability on their books, then transferred to the Treasury as an asset

Here I'm coming back again with the "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY" thing... Sorry if I sound really dumb :( Why do I have the impression that a DEPOSIT seems to be something that cannot be withdrawn / has to be kept on account ? That once you withdraw the funds, it could no longer be considered a DEPOSIT ?? When you write those words on a cheque, does that mean the bank MUST KEEP the original instrument ??? If so, then it seems, indeed, that any money of exchange available would be something totally independent from the DEPOSITED instrument and wouldn't be REVENUE... In such a case, it seems it wouldnt be REVENUE for as long as the INSTRUMENT is DEPOSITED. There's no synonyms in law... So if I'm right thinking withdrawn DEPOSITED funds no longer are a DEPOSIT, and we know invoices can be SECURITIZED (right ?), and SECURITIES can be DEPOSITED... Is it possible that you could withdraw a DEPOSIT and replace the funds withdrawn with SECURITIZED RECEIPTS, or BIlls of Exchange or any other SECURITY, DEPOSITED, keeping the accounting even ???

Will Bed...EVERYTHING is a fucking trust...For Deposit Only confirms that! and makes the bank trustee and holder in due course...now, what do they do with it? Do they create money on account? Isn't that the definition of INCOME? But do they want YOU on the hook for it? Remember a deposit is REGISTERING Money on Account. Before that, it was Money for Exchange.

A cheque isn't Money of Exchange ? Here's how I get it.... You deposit a cheque, which is money of account, and write "for deposit only" on it. That money of account can ONLY be deposit, there's nothing else to do with it. And it.s still money of account, it never been money of exchange. Then you go to the ATM, and get Money-of-Exchange from that thing. So the money of account that was for deposit ONLY, just has been exchange into "money of exchange". But that "money of account" that has been deposited for deposit ONLY, can't be view as INCOME, because it was meant to be DEPOSIT only. I wish I could show you the image of all this, that I have in my brain :D

maybe this will help Chris Thornton copied from a thread months ago You have been pre-programmed to accept this subjugation, this ridiculous, FRAUDULENT, morally-bankrupt subjugation is a LEGAL necessity, and all of it deals with MONEY OF ACCOUNT. MONEY OF EXCHANGE never touches the equation. For those of you who are too lazy and/or stupid to learn the difference between MONEY OR ACCOUNT and MONEY OF EXCHANGE, one dollar in MONEY OF ACCOUNT is only capable of buying and/or cancelling another dollar in MONEY OF ACCOUNT. 90% of all money in the world is this type of money. It's pretend. It's not real. It only applies to the clubhouse rules, and it competes directly with the money in your pocket. This is the dynamic that everyone misses. If it exists in the real world, it has VALUE. Any currency used to track that VALUE, when exchanging goods, is MONEY OF EXCHANGE.

Ok...its about attornment, and the entire thing is about them stealing your value. Your value comes in the mail everyday and since you were operating through their registered security, they have a claim to it

So the holding corp issues a share, with a certificate, for each PERSON (each time a bill is received). The holding corp's VALUE increases as bills are DEPOSITED and REGISTERED/ACCOUNTED...

You need a holding corp. That CORP takes care of every debt sent to EAMONN O BRIEN. When a debt comes in, the CORP uses MONEY OF ACCOUNT to buy the debt. It keeps the BILL which was sent to EAMONN O BRIEN as an ASSET, just like the bank does with the PROMISSORY NOTE when you go there to beg for CREDIT... These BILLS have VALUE. DEPOSITING those bills as CORPORATE ASSETS in the BOOKS of your HOLDING CORP allows the CORP to use that VALUE to create MONEY OF ACCOUNT as needed, so it can keep buying debts, let's say not enough money of account is available. That's LEVERAGING VALUE based on ASSETS... EVERYTHING of VALUE is HELD by the holding CORP. It adds up in the CORP's ASSETS which can be used in COLLATERAL to create CREDIT...

ok...receipts are different though. Its evidence of a transference of title....if its a title to a cheeseburger, I am not sure it would have much value...if its a receipt to a drumset, I would think the trust would have an interest in it and possibly reimburse the purchaser and take the receipt. But I am not entirely sure on this....

Eamonn O Brien thats what they should be doing as the person's surety... Get the bill / debt, extinguish the debt by buying it, and keeping the bill... So money out / money in = books balance !

Laurent VH, I missed your question: How does the corp uses that VALUE to create money of account then? The deposit of the BoE is now Money of Account...simple, it gets more by getting more bills, then more fiat, then more bills....it could be a never ending spiral. Also, The corporation goes to a CPA, in Canada, its called a Chartered Accountant, I'm not sure what its called in Belgium though...You have them perform the accounting, and you need some kind of certified book value. I think they will simply certify the Balance Sheet, which would account for the money for their jurisdiction. Then you go to a bank and ask for a private banker....they will most likely beg you to give you fiat.

Laurent VH, when you LIEN the person, you use a corp. to do it, and the reason to do this, is you choose to use ANOTHER person to do commerce with from now on, which is the corp. that liened your person. So all bills you asked for, should come in the name of that corp., because that is the person you use to do commerce now. And if a bill arrives under the name of the person that has been liened, it will definitly be a PUBLIC DEBT :D . So the corp will keep that debt, add the value of it to its book, because the NAME is liened by the corp, and will make a photocopy of it, and send it to the registrar general so he can settle the fuck up :D p.s. Verify that shit, I am not too sure.....PIERRE DAOUST hasen't been liened, so far.... :D

Bills are assets. Its a debit to the checking account and a credit to a short term asset, then that is deposited to a bank as an asset. Nowhere does expense come into the equation

It depends on what scale you are looking at: If you are asking if you are stupid, compared to ME, then Yes. ALL of you have stupidity that burns matchsticks at 5 paces. If you are asking for context for my previous post, then I am talking about Chris. Chris is not asking stupid questions. His questions reveal he's stupid. This comes as a result of PRETENDING to understand something I taught EARLIER. People often put "placeholders" in those concepts and move on. This is the result.

On other news, let me share with you some QUEBECERS music The word here is "Decadence" :P decadence (dk-dns, d-kdns) n. 1. A process, condition, or period of deterioration or decline, as in morals or art; decay. 2. often Decadence A literary movement especially of late 19th-century France and England characterized by refined aestheticism, artifice, and the quest for new sensations. :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpRw90bA714

I end this article with a thought that I wish you to ponder. If all PERSONS have a monetary value attached to them, along with undertakings to various degrees, and like myself you have liened the LEGAL PERSON as PROOF of RESIGNATION from Government Service, and you have affixed a monetary value to that name, and it is now a fact under LAW until you (the Supreme Authority) say otherwise, you can take that value and LEGALLY UNDERWRITE (insure) your own PERSONAL currency. "Currency issue" :P
