:D ....because in Canada, WE BELIEVE !!! :D In Canada the amount of mail sent to Santa Claus increased every Christmas, up to the point that Canada Post decided to start an official Santa Claus letter-response program in 1983. Approximately one million letters come in to Santa Claus each Christmas, including from outside of Canada, and all of them are answered in the same languages in which they are written.[13] Canada Post introduced a special address for mail to Santa Claus, complete with its own postal code: SANTA CLAUS NORTH POLE H0H 0H0

funny story Pete....my ex was walking my dog when she was a puppy..they walked by this old grumpy man sitting in a chair at Starbucks, she went up to him to say hello and he kicked her, my ex didnt think twice, kicked the motherfucker in the chest and knocked him out......my guess is he will never kick a dog again....I would do the same if someone kicked my dog on or off a leash.....if a dog is biting thats a different story then its fair but not a sweet dog just saying hello.....most people who have dogs that bite do not let them off leash unless they are complete idiots.....I was biten by a dog a few years ago that was on a leash and my back was turned so I do know it hurts like hell

The Contitution here says "the people" is the sovereign. So "the people" may take orders around here, I guess. It also says this: <<Section 12. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude shall exist except in the latter case as a punishment for crime after the accused has been duly convicted.>>

The difference in that, as a CUSTOMER going to do business with Walmart, we have all the elements for a VALID contract. In the case of a "CONSTITUTIONAL SOCIALIST MONARCHY" or other forms of government, they want to force services that you don't want. There is no "meeting of the minds," consideration, etc.

Scott Duncan, In UK a Public school and a "Public house" are in private juridiction. The school is funded by private sources and the 'Pub' restricts the public from breaking the law (lic. sale of intoxicants, public drunkeness ). The "Pub" operates a 'commercial premise' to be fair to their patrons and respectfull to the laws (commerce, criminal). What status and title do Publicans have that commoners don't, the first is loyal to the Sovereign the later is submissive? Is this a reason why the clubhouse was set up in Temple Bar?

Maybe my thought process is off wack, and I do value the clarity in this group when it comes to definitions and the origins of words (I really do), but if one man/woman says that "so and so" means 'this' and another man/woman disagrees and says that "so and so" means 'that'. Does one man/woman's definition stand above some other man/woman's definition? I don't think so.

Escalated confrontations, of course. I'm very up front about not getting my head blown off. But if it is a stupid checkpoint, I can be a good little slave, show them a piece of plastic, and continue to progress to my destination (i.e. work, appointments), and NOT be late. I pick and choose my battles. I'd rather expend time and energy administrating the PERSON properly, versus arguing with an ignorant EMPLOYEE who takes huge offense to questioning (and not consenting) his fictional authority, because he is violating my right to simply go from point A to point B. Maybe some of you are "there" and can confidently tell a COP to screw themselves. I'm not there, yet.
