Janick, I think it was 2-3 years ago, I caught an interview with a guy from Mtl who said he was one of the higher anons, was in California, wanted by the govt, and some fed agents helped him out the US and back to Canada to avoid prosecution... Or something...
So yeah, seems some of them do speak a much better French than some others speak Frenglishes ;)
