i could only hear scott while i was 'skyped in'. there was only room for 10 video feeds while i saw like 30 logged in, only a few others voices did i hear, and only briefly. there has got to be a better way...

When you are incompetent that's generally what happens to you by someone that doesn't have much patience with ignorance. A lot of people are just byproducts of the system it is expected. Giving them answers to things or situations doesn't really help them, if they lack the critical thinking skills & creative problem solving skills to workout it out on their end. Then all you will hear is a frustrated Scott.

Next call there needs to be protocol, don't interrupt, wait till the person is finished talking. If you have a short attention span. Write down on the note pad or a note pad. What you want to say, once that person is done. So then you can ask or talk about something. It's quite simple conversational etiquette.
