You think the person does not bring concecuences to the man, even if it is in paper? Try to leave the administration unattended, and watch what happens! You are not the person, but things work on the presumpion that we are deemed the person. Now you know about accounting, and surety. If you do not know that, you could not fix a problem the proper way.
And yes, everything runs on BELIEFS. There is no proof for anything. Just because some "law" says so.
