I remember this also: "for greater certainty" is usually an indication that in the past a decision was determined to be undesirable and PARLIAMENT had to clarify the meaning... so my take on it is .... There is no land of CANADA. Just some FICTIONAL idea or something. Show me what it REALLY is.
