Happening in Quebec...

Just to make a short resume of my friend Denis's shit...

Denis use to run a business named Amusement 911 Inc, that business was specialized in repairing old pinball machine, and arcade games.

Denis had in stock ALL these obsolete parts to repair these machine, he had that business for 15 years, and had a pretty decent inventory.

In 2008, the building where Denis had his business went on fire, the whole building burnt down, and, of course, Amusement 911 Inc had NO insurance for that, so Denis went crazy a bit for a while, he�s been trying to collect the landlord insurance, he is still working on that case, anyhow, that event put Denis in a very bad position financially.

He tried very hard to keep up with business, but without his inventory, it was impossible.

So in 2011, he decided to start a complete different business, he started Camera 911 International, he registered that one, it�s not a INC, but a REGISTERED name. He supply cctv shit...which has nothing to do with pinball shit...

Revenue Quebec Agency keeps sending DEBTS to Amusement 911 Inc, since 2008, Denis told them, and supplied proof, that the business burnt completely, ALL the papers and everything, and he keeps telling them to fuck off�but of course, QRA invented a debt of 80k, and sent it to Amusement 911 Inc, Amusement 911 Inc is still alive because it might collect something from the lanlord�s insurance, Denis can�t close it for that matter�.

Anyway, the Baillif who takes care of that 80k, decided that Camera 911 International was Amusement 911 Inc, and he decided to come to Camera 911 International, to seize 80k of stock.

Camera 911 International and Amusement 911 Inc has 2 different addresses, and that tard showed up at Camera 911 Registered, to seize stuff in regards of Amusement 911 Inc.

When he showed up, Denis told him he was at the wrong address. The bailiff didn�t listen and wanted to enter the place anyway, Denis said NO, the bailiff called the cops.

When the cops arrived, Denis didn�t even had the time to pronounce one word, and he was arrested :D , so They brought Denis to the cop�s shop, to finally bring him back home, after 2 hours. (Denis yelled for 2 hours, WHERE IS THE SURETY) even though Denis has an arrest warrant on his person for one unpaid ticket (He used the surety of the person to discharge that ticket), he wanted to show them the proof that the debt was discharged, but they didn�t want to talk about it, they just wanted to get rid of Denis, for some reasons :/

In the mean time, that bailiff hired a locksmith, and entered Denis�s place to take an inventory, he then named Denis�s person as the GUARDIAN of the inventory, (without Denis�s authorization of course) and said he would come back in a month with buyers to sell this stuff�he came back, but the cops didn't want to ASSIST him this time, so he had to go back home, with his 20 buyers.... :D HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Of course when Denis got back home, I was there waiting for him :D

Today, after having followed the step by step method, that bailiff has a $5 million dollar lien to deal with, so as the cops, and so as the locksmith.

In a couple of days, this will be published in the newspaper, the baillif�s order will receive a copy of the lien, and he won�t be able to practice baillifery until he fix that shit�.

Denis asked twice for the cop's bond, and the baillif's bond, they refused to supply it....

The city of Mirabel is already investigating�. (Denis was really sharp with the Notice of Claim) He did explained WHY and pointed out everything....no one rebutted.

And the locksmith is going bananas�. :D

I wonder if some LAWYERS will get in the way !!! :D

How can you PROVE it !?!? The fuckers here go silent, never reply, and the PERSON will soon need a PROOF that municipality taxes were discharged because there's a fuckin mortgage to renew :(

Will Bed, the proof is the registered mail number...they received the bill of exchange, so the debt is settled, unless they have sent you a notice of refusal and the original bill of exchange back. Have they ? :-\

Fuck, they got the bills of exchange, but they did send an account statement with interests/penalties added 3 months ago... No reply to my last 4 communications... They wont return my call or even pick up the phone, it's always a fuckin voicemail...

So now here I am preparing another of those long communications loaded with FACTS to force them to send over a zero'ed account statement... The fuckin mortgage "lender" will be asking for this, so I need it !

Plus I want PROOF so all the other fucktards start obeying the law with no fuckin around, and so I can show others that it's indeed how it's supposed to work.

On the invoice it says

1). Violation of the person�s private life : $1million (Persons have that right in Quebec :P )

2). Violation of the integrity of the person : $1million

3). Put in danger a Human Life : $1million (Denis have a serious heart disease, and really thought to have a heart attack that day and die, it�s in his medical file now) :P

4). Illegal entrance in a private place : $1million

5). 6 hours at $3,000.00 for Denis�s time: $18k

6). Instead of ACTING as �peace officer�, the cops decided to ACT as private thugs for that private company who wanted to steal Camera 911 International�s stuff that day, so Denis feels he needs to bill $1million for that too : $1million.

This has been decided by Denis, I have noting to do in this.. :D

Re: Your friend Denis and his million dollar fees.

When the law is broken the courts decide what is reasonable compensation. You can't just make up numbers, they have to be recognized as reasonable by the courts, either as dictated by statute or decided at common law. Considering Denis suffered little to no damage from an unauthorized inspection, the damages awarded likely wouldn't be much.

Further, liens are not the way to recoup damages for such violations. Denis needs to bring a lawsuit as the person or company violated. Liens are also not how you enforce alleged contracts. You have to sue in court.

Snap out of the freeman bullshit.

Mike Jones, why if someone defaults on an obligation do I have to take them to court so the court can decide if I am right when that isn't the burden for the IRS? Why can the IRS lien and/or levy based on a default, but I can't? They are no different than me....actually, at least my person wsa created by them...thats more than I can say for the IRS....answer me that you fucking coward

That's a dumb question, Pete. I was a member until I was banned for asking too many questions, trying to verify what you and John claimed about the Income Tax Act, and otherwise continuing to think for myself.

PS. I have made Mirabel aware of the cases http://canlii.ca/t/fnk4t and http://canlii.ca/t/g8zcf and encouraged them to contact the bailiff and locksmith so they may know how to counteract any potential "terror" or other harm induced by Denis's improper and illegal PPSA processes. Perhaps when he is assessed thousands in costs, like your member Gail, you will finally consider you might be doing it wrong and learn better.

They do not have to follow the standard laws of contract because all citizens, residents, corporations, even stateless individuals with no birth certificate as long as they are in the area claimed by Canada, are considered participants in Canada and subject to Canadian legislation, such as the Income Tax Act, that dictates how they can affect those persons.
