Ummm...a NOTICE is not an ORDER. Why would the PERSONs signature be needed? Something doesn't seem right :/

The attachment to the notice, as I saw it was for consent to garnish? I spoke with the payroll lady and said it was a notice you received not an order, you require an order to do this. She just said she called the court and they told her she must do it. NOTHING is right with any of this. :/

Where is the ORDER? The payroll lady should ask the court to put that in writing or provide an ORDER. I would advise the payroll lady that she could be held liable for being a party to fraud. A NOTICE is not an ORDER. And no LARRY does not CONSENT to GARNISH....since they seem to be asking for PERMISSION :D I smell a rat Capitaine Pete! I wonder what the Admiral would say about this?

Do not let him sign anything ! If he does , then they have consent to do what they want . If they didn't need his signature , why are they requesting it ? I say bullshit !

Even an order is bullshit! It is just the justices opinion ... Say that out loud---opinion =legal! Not lawful! A very wise man taught me that and I remembered!

yes.I do Pete..I returned the notice "returned with cause" to the liar nothing was signed...the the original claim was voided and new originals were created...what appears to be happening in my limited experience is that he is pulling a fast one and the payroll lady likely didnt ask the right questions of the court

Between the time the original "notice" was sent and today, I have sent a number of things to the court file notifying them that all has been sent tot he principal debtor. I think the purpose of the liar sending the notice to the company in the first place was to shame larry and hope that the payroll lady would fall for it. The payroll lady has fallen for it, I'm not clear when she spoke with the court clerk, so I'm not sure if the new filings were taken into account or not. Deception and omission is a tool this liar (officer of the court *cough*) has used in all his dealings to date

Funny I had this passing thought...I wonder what would happen if the liar had a number of liens placed against him....how could he deal with so many at one time....he would have to spend alot of money and waste alot of time and not be able to earn his income from fraud....just curious, if someone in the US liened a canadian liar...how would someone like say a liar go about dealing with that?...anyway just a passing thought :P

"I would advise the payroll lady that she could be held liable for being a party to fraud. A NOTICE is not an ORDER. The court file has been liened, would that not mean that any money from this case belongs to the trustee corp that liened the file, or am I not comprehending the purpose of the lien properly?

opinion= a view or judgement formed about something ,not necessarily based on facts or knowledge! I know that justices have no knowledge and rarely rely on facts as they don't serve their agenda's. I have seen this many times first hand so my opinion is not only based on fact but it is steeped in it!

Gail I may have mentioned this I may have not but ... have you failed your lien with you the Toronto Sun newspaper in the financial section ? Go have a look at how they do this and call them and have them place your notice of lien on the lawyer and firm and whoever else is part of your lien-? This gives public notice ... shud really ruffle some feathers :)

What is sick about this, the liar cried to the court that I didn't have his consent to lien him via a signed security agreement....yet he feels quite in his right to deceive and steal without consent
