Hehe, I mean I have an idea about how it is to live in a general way but, really when I left, 7 years ago i was clueless, to young and even more ignorant/ endoctrinated than I am now... I have little to no clue the way the legal system works and the the equivalence of the words in French.

Je peux l'utilise pour plusieurs chose incluant payer de DETTE publique..... Comment est ce que je connect la s�ret� a ce contexte particulier de fraude de ma person l�gale?

This seems like FRAUD. Now the PERSON's CREDIT rating is compromised, and that's not that girl's FAULT. If there is a debt that needs to be settled, she can use her PERSON's SURETY to do so. So anyone claiming anything that can CAUSE the girl's CREDIT to be compromised must be asked to provide a bill for any account which may have yet to be settled so that the PERSON's SURETY can take care of it...
