hey pete, i think i will need your advise. It's for my sister. She has a daughter with a man, they have had relationship problems for over a year. they broke up ,because he slept with another girl, but are now back together. now this man is using the daughter for blackmail.

The only thing he's paying is half for the loan they did for the house, my sister has to pay for everything else, water, electricity, gas, food for 3 (her and her 2 kids.)

i don't have all the information i need yet, i'm waiting for her to send me the scans of everything. that might be relevant.

i'm going over there on friday to talk to my sister.

My question was if you could be able to help me and my sister. i'm willing to send you some doge for your time.

ok i have some more info. what she wants is this: that the man she is with agrees to sell the house they bought together (or buyout her part of the house), and she wants custody of the girl they had together.

trying to blackmail her. he only agrees if he can have the daughter every other week

but he is never at home and the kid will be at his mum's house all the time

i just want to know if this thing goes in front of a judge, how i can turn it in favor of my sister

as i ,myself don't have kids i have no idea how to handle this

He has every right to see his child half the time, and whether he leaves said child with his mom or not, she also has a right to see the child half the time. Quit fighting over the kid.

He isn't using the child as blackmail, your sister is too controlling over the situation.

Ask her to think about that. They have a child and now she has about 18 years of him in her life. If she wants to sell, and he won't agree unless he gets the child every other week, just agree and make her life easier.

Christelle van Hal i posted this (well pete did) to try to help you. The answers i got here is pretty much what i expected. You have to settle with him out of the courts. once you go to court anything can happen.

Ha! I have read this before, in the context of the mother giving birth to a bastard child, as I recall. My lady just gave birth to a baby girl and we have chosen to wait as long as possible before registering this EVENT.

Really eh? Hmmmm....well no forms signed as it was a home birth with midwives and all info pertaining to the birth only reference "Baby Girl Sip". Yes we had a name chosen but felt it was none of their fucking business :D

OK, here is what you do:

1) READ AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING.

2) TAKE A LESSON FROM ChiefRock Sino General! See the word UNKNOWN, change it to KNOWN (Red ink: Red LEGALLY means there is a ERROR and it needs CORRECTING) and YOU set the terms. THEN sign it.

HOWEVER: In Ontario (and probably the whole country) they slip it in through DEFINITIONS, making redaction problematic.

According to my experts, the DEFINITION of "PLACE OF BIRTH" is where they do the "unknown" thing, and that's in their DEFINITIONS. Good luck finding it.

The BRITISH COMMONWEALTH has all of these forms standardized.

Look in OTHER commonwealth jurisdictions for definitions.

AND DON"T FORGET, YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE OPTION OF RESCINDING YOUR SIGNATURE UNDER THE LEGAL PRINCIPLE OF "MISTAKE". (Hence "Notice of Mistake")

Courts will ONLY recognize MISTAKE and FRAUD as a remedy. Remember that.

Nobody will question "Place of Birth", which is why they can "redefine" it in some obscure commonwealth tome. It's THEIR LANGUAGE. THEIR RULES, and YOU CAN NEVER understand what they write on their forms. It's just that you "believe" you know what the words mean on that form.

Well then I see two ways to approach this 1) Do not complete any forms before definitions for every word/term on that form is provided or 2) search the commonwealth for these definitions beginning with mother England. I prefer to have these fucktard public servants do all the work. I suspect it will be quite some time before I complete another form.

The STATEMENT declares that the child is of "UNKNOWN PARENTAGE".

I've been thinking about this comment from Admiral Scott and sifting and sorting through the Free-duuuumb bullshit I have previously seen trying to connect the dots.

This comment seems to confirm that the birth registration abandons the child. I am wondering if it is TRUE that under ADMIRALTY/MARITIME SALVAGE Laws once the child is considered abandoned cargo that there is a limited amount of time (was it 7 years) to lay claim to the cargo? Or is this fucking remnants of some Free-duuuuumb bullshit that needs to be suctioned from my brain?
