There's a few option... 1). Ask if I can use the SURETY of the person. 2). Have 9111-1111 Quebec Inc PAY the bill, and then 9111-1111 Quebec Inc sends a bill to Pierre Daoust, and I turn that thing into a complete bill of exchange, so 9111-1111 Quebec Inc deposits this in its bank account. 3). I, as the sole authorized Admin for Pierre Daoust, take a vacation, temporary transfer the administration duty's power to RogueSupport Inc, so Roguesupport Inc pays that bill, and sends a bill to Pierre Daoust, so I can settle that RogueSupport's bill with the SURETY of Pierre Daoust !!! :D (So I can have an idea of what kind of fees to charge for doing this :P ) 4). Have them cancel that bill :( 5). THIS SHIT IS SO FUCKING FUN !!!!! :D 6). Offer 1160 dogecoin :/ (It would hurt my heart if they would accept that :( )

I have a question about: 2). Have 9111-1111 Quebec Inc PAY the bill, and then 9111-1111 Quebec Inc sends a bill to Pierre Daoust, and I turn that thing into a complete bill of exchange, so 9111-1111 Quebec Inc deposits this in its bank account. Have you successfully deposited a completed bill of exchange into 9111-1111 Quebec Inc bank account in that manner Pete Daoust and were there any challenges/obstructions from the bank?

Thanks Pete...I'm not sure if it may be deposited into a bank account or just held on the company books as a paper asset, in much the same way that a lien is held on the books & not deposited into an account.

If I recall correctly the value of a lien can be discounted and sold and could possibly be leveraged. Is this correct? This then becomes money of account so by following this thinking Stuart the same could be done with a Bill of Exchange.

Well, PIERRE DAOUSTs security has not been damaged, so far. So that Bill of Exchange is MONEY, according to the Bank Act. So the Bank will certainly give the reason WHY they wouldnt process that Bill of Exchange, I guess, if ever they decide so, and in WRITING :/

I guess it comes down to whether the bank can be compelled to accept the bill of exchange...in much the same way as some bureau de change do not necessarily accept/exchange all currencies... I'm just thinking out loud (or possibly out of my arse here) about the possibilities as I have not yet attempted to deposit one from the person into the corporate bank account.

It's the same.....if 9111-1111 Quebec Inc is taking care of PIERRE DAOUST's business, and have to PAY for anything in regards to PIERRE DAOUST, well at one point 9111-1111 Quebec inc needs to BILL PIERRE DAOUST....

SGMI has sent an Invoice to CHRIS for services render to a property which CHRIS is a TENANT in. CHRIS made an instrument out of that and issued a voucher against the debt for accounting. CHRIS has done this 3 times.

Chris Evan Has SGMI been able to successfully deposit these into its bank accounts or does SGMI hold the instrument in trust/on the company books and record it as an asset?

These completed Instruments were sent to the IRS to be deposited in exchange for a tax credit. Legal Tender is just accounting, right? So....the bank it was deposited in is the Treasury. The voucher is a 1040-v which is a taxable credit for SGMI. (For those who don't know, SGMI is a person I use for commerce. It has taxable liability) The instructions were to credit the social Security Account. I sent 3 of these in mid July to early August. So, its been over 60 days on 2 of them, and I haven't heard anything. :-/

Stuart Stone....about your comment, I was thinking. Say the electric company sends CHRIS a BILL. Why couldn't CHRIS complete the Instrument and deposit it with PBIDDY (a trust holding person), then PBIDDY holds it in trust!

Chris Evan, that is the option that I see as the most viable, which raises the value of res in trust, and indirectly the (book) value of the corporation

So anyway.....correct or incorrect, I did that. Stuart Stone, as I am thinking, I think the beneficiary of the BoEs is ME, therefore, the only logical conclusions is to complete them and send them to the trust that holds the value.

So, Chris Evan, the next step is the creation of SMGI its OWN currency, like SMGI coins for instance. And then to CONVERT all these values into SMGI coins. And then CHARGE SMGIs customer in SMGI coins So SMGI will become an EXCHANGE center, a BANK. :) If, of course, the person is liened....

no body repair was done, the bill is for a short period of time spent in that hospital.......if the repair would have been done, the bill would have been $2440.00....I just discovered this a few days later...so I am not clear why this bill is into existence.........I think I will wait until they send a registered letter or something :D
