For those who don't know, Larken Rose and Marc Stevens are philosophically close - Larken wrote The Most Dangerous Supoerstition, Marc wrote Government: Indicted. If someone makes a claim like that in a court room (or elsewhere), they take a burden upon themselves to prove it. That is not Marc's objective - he seeks to keep the burden upon the person who made the allegation. All of these allegations begin with the notion that some people have 'jurisdiction' over other people. A successful attack on that claim topples all other claims balanced on top of it.
