I think.....claim and lien the licenses into a private trust. (Wharf). Bill Foust did this with a contractors license...but he's dead.

The license from Alberta does, but the one from Ontario does not. It used to, but now they have gone over to this College of Trades crap, and they issued a credit card style license.
