I have asked for a proper bill from these TRUSTEES in parking ENFORCEMENT and all the do is IGNORE it. They say PAY and we can give you a receipt but can't give you a BILL. I point out that their notice meets all the requirements of a Bill of Exchange and ask them to provide the Bill. They just IGNORE my registered letters and tell me the only option is to request a court date. I refused, they IGNORED and voila the result is a "conviction". I think it is also called a default judgment.

So a court date was requested by filling out a form as the representative, by SPECIAL APPEARANCE, crossing out the word defendant (which they also IGNORED and listed the PERSON as defendant anyway), and signing V.C. (Vi Coactus). No matter they still scheduled the PERSON as defendent for their business meeting, lol!

Good Morning to the Mob, one and all I see that you good folks have issues with what I have done, with that said these documents were already filed into the case before I got the Groups or Scott�s Input. These two documents were 1. Release of all claims and interest and 2. Rejection of Appointment. Court was on 19th of August.
