Let me qualify that. I understand SPELL as being a snap (duration) of time; and when I said "I've got some wicked spells" I was assuming that everybody knew. However I admitted some time back that I was born stupid and the Admiral said something to the effect that 'you're fucked, stupid can't be fixed' and of course as you and I know the Admiral doesn't act the Eejit, ever; so I kind of put the spell thing in there to coax John (Greco) to not be afraid to answer the Captains question as there is no mercy in TTFL, (mercy is christendumb sort of imagery); whereas an honest answer (though it may be incorrect) is always tolerated.

Dan with all due respect I'm not interested in THEY, TTFL IS very clear about that. I asked the simple question that if I resign and am therefore no longer an agent and the car is not registered then they CANT (but if they don't know this, the cops) take the car; right or wrong?

Dan here is the question again and I know you understand the language. Now, I have resigned my license to drive and I have not registered my mode of transport (motor car). The cop stops me and says he's taking the car and i refuse. Sort that out for me in a sentence.

Unregistered vehicle, not acting under authority of license, free man on a common road, where there are no common law constables, only corporate police, who MAY, after being informed of whatever, STILL decide to act outside of law and have your car crushed. Why? Because they believe themselves to be immune from any action by YOU. How to change their belief? Well, certain MARTYRS must decide to act in a free but responsible manner, until such time as they are HARMED or INJURED (= car crushed) by agents, then to privately prosecute those who acted as such agents. Without this taking place, the history will always show the agents to be immune from doing such wrong. I think that if they fail to get joinder after 36 hours then they must release you and your property, and you can go ahead with private prosecutions: False arrest, false imprisonment, assault, enticement to slavery etc. The "fee schedule" is something that you can show in advance, so that later on when you make claim you can say that the amounts for compensation were agreed on by all. Don't accept payment in fiat. I believe that a specified number of gold sovereigns is a good way to put it. PS if they DO get joinder from you in any case then you have no chance.
