Filing a UCC or PPSA, evidence of a lien, without a valid contract recognized by the courts is frivolous and an abuse of the system. If you have a valid contract you likely don't need a lien because you can sue and get a judgment then garnish wages and seize assets with the help of the court and sheriff. The only time you might need a lien is if the target has a statutorily-protected asset, like a principal residence, and you need to wait for them to sell it to get paid.

John, I don't know what magical courts you know of where they prosecute their own and respect their oaths. But....ummmm...yeah. They don't think any Constitutions are valid contracts here. Not to mention offshore secret accounts in Swiss, Turks & Caicos, Cayman Islands, banks etc. in the past I've brought those who owed me fees, rents and such to court. Most didn't show up and thus I secured a "judgement". I paid other fees to get garnishee based on the judgements. I would call the banks near their workplaces and homes to inquire whether they had an account there and also wait out to see them leave their homes for work in the morning to follow them and find out where they worked. I would serve the garnishee documents on the employees and banks and then receive what was due. I am investigating whether I can get garnishee documents based on a commercial lien.

Three of Toronto's finest who recently verbally accosted me, responded to my "I don't want to enter into contract with you. If you force me into contract I will expect you to pay me for my services rendered. Do you understand what I said?" . . with blank looks on their faces. But they all left me at peace after uttering hollow threats of "charges." It will be good if I can serve a forceful, intimidating policy enforcer's employer, bank, tenant with garnishee documents based on a commercial lien that I have processed regarding my fees for services rendered in a "forced" contract.
