I'm about too give it a shot. After three or so months in The Tender For Law and of watching my brain rock back and forth on the floor, in a puddle of drool, muttering incoherent ramblings, I'm finally beginning to see through the haze. So I think it's time to start.. Council rates notices will be sent out soon so why not have a shot at that

It seems that one must expect that these TRUSTEES will not answer. This has been my experience too so why bother to use our DEBT NOTES (that $10/letter = $30) then when we know they do not behave HONOURABLY and prefer to BREACH the TRUST? Just my thoughts.

Representative Cheri Bustos (IL 17th CD) 1009 Longworth House Office Building Washington, DC 20515 Dear Congresswoman Bustos, Thank you for taking the time to read this correspondence and good day. I have in the course of seeking truth and answers to the many issues we as a nation face today come across some very shocking information and as such I REQUIRE that you my elected representative kindly answer some questions. I have been informed that law as we know it applies to PERSONS and there are many types of PERSONS in law. It has been revealed to me that I as a man have a PERSON, it is not mine, and I am not SURETY for it. I believe I have been misled along with the rest of the general public into thinking this PERSON was me! It seems to me I am a man, I have this PERSON and its not my fault. So can you please tell me is this true? It has also been revealed to me that I can use the SURETY of the PERSON I happen to have to DISCHARGE public debts sent to that PERSON. Is this true? If so how does one accomplish this? I cant help but think of all the struggling families that would be helped by this information immediately. Im sure you are eager to help them as well. I eagerly await your timely response regarding this matter. With love and regards,

With CRA I sent in several instruments and asked about settling a tax account "without the use of public funds" with multiple collection agents, the Minister of National Revenue, filed a Service Complaint, appealed to the Ombudsman, and was met with ignorance every time. "A review of your file indicates CRA staff have clearly articulated what constitutes a negotiable payment over the years, both verbally and in writing. In addition, the methods of payment are public knowledge and can be found on CRA's web site."

Not registered, but I've sent instruments, demands and inquiries via Xpresspost, regular mail, fax or a combination. Either they ignore them or send them back saying I didn't send an instrument that can be used for payment or that they don't understand the request. Maybe if you know negotiable instrument law and can enforce it something might come of it, but "asking nicely" didn't work for me.
