Cheers Scott. Pain in the ass this shit... It's either that or hire a solicitor which I really do not want to do... So I'll need to transfer the property to all beneficiaries first then include the particular form that assents the transfer from us to the buyer... It will be trial and error after that... I thought as much but the amount of different forms and lack of advice from the registration authority doesn't help... They aren't an advisory body so I have to figure it out with a little help from my friends :D
