I really think, a Sole Authorized Administrator gives INSTRUCTIONS, and as long as these instructions are LEGAL, the trustee who receives these instructions has no other choice to make sure these instructions are fulfilled. That's how I see it, but ya know me ? :D

Demand to see the ORIGINAL INSTRUMENT and then endorse it to settle the matter.
