If YOU aren't the name being charged, and YOU have directed them where to go for surety, what do YOU care whether YOU are there or not if YOU are not the named person? If YOU want to maintain some control because what happens to the PERSON/NAME may adversely affect YOU and YOUR life, then act in the capacity of SOLE AUTHORISED ADMINISTRATOR and administer the charges to make sure that they are discharged correctly, thus maintaining the honour and integrity of the NAME.

Thankfully I haven't had to deal with these matters firsthand. I have just had success discharging lawyers bills, a few phone bills and dealing with third party debt collectors

Keep in mind that my case was a year ago, and was in a small town. They most certainly did NOT see me coming. Things are a little different now, the courts are just flat-out ignoring people.

Upon thinking about my stuff....I think they won't correct the record to show that I am NOT proceeding PRO SE. I think next time I have to go there (IF I have to go there), I will make a point to DECLARE that I am appearing SUI JURIS. [But Kourt is NOT my thing...]

Maybe that is why they railroad me....because the record hasn't reflected that I am NOT a person, that I HAVE a person. Or...they are criminals. :-D
