Yup! The bank acts as currency exchange! It's good solid, reliable money there! It's based on MY credit. No risk, means nothing but profit for them!

I'm lost... When you reference the bank as a currency exchange, what currency did you give them to exchange into credit?

Banks convert Money of Account to Money of Exchange and vice versa. So logic would say Scott Duncan presented the Bank with some Money of Exchange to convert to Money of Account and settle any Tax Bill outstanding. The question is in what form was that Money of Exchange . I hope this is not a shit stain!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_Imperial_Bank_of_Commerce The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (French: Banque Canadienne Impriale de Commerce), commonly CIBC, is one of Canada's chartered banks, fifth largest by deposits. The bank is headquartered at Commerce Court in Toronto, Ontario.[1] CIBC's Institution Number (or bank number) is 010, and its SWIFT code is CIBCCATT. The bank's two strategic business units, CIBC World Markets and CIBC Retail Markets, also have international operations in the United States, the Caribbean, Asia and the United Kingdom. Globally, CIBC serves more than eleven million clients, and has over 40,000 employees. The company ranks at number 172 on the Forbes Global 2000 listing.[2] CIBC was named the strongest bank in Canada and North America, and the 3rd strongest bank in the world, by Bloomberg Markets magazine, in May 2012.[3] A chartered bank is an institution whose primary business is financial intermediation, meaning the bringing together of borrowers and lenders. Question: Can this be done with any chartered bank or is CIBC used for a specific reason?
