I don't recall that notice referring to any statutes, etc. Focus on UNDERSTANDING exactly what it means.

I am very new to this concept. I will read this as many times a required to understand. I have listened to some Dean Clifford and Karl Lentz but honestly cannot say I have yet to grasp the concept. Still trying to figure it out, everyone seems to be saying somewhat the same thing but in different manner. Ran into some of Scott's writings and he seems, to a newcomer to be on point and at the risk of facing his wrath (I have very thick skin and head as well) will probably ask some dumb questions.
