Seeing as the NAME is spelled wrong it seems clarification is required to determine what PERSON it is they are looking for. Just my thought. Also if your PERSON was arrested for DISORDERLY CONDUCT and they took your body as SURETY then why wasn't this charge made at the time? It seems fabricated but POLICY ENFORCEMENT wouldn't do that would they?

one can not resist arrest if there is no prior reason for an arrest.

getting out of your auto and LOCKING IT secure is not a criminal act. telling a cop to get a warrant, upon some trumped up probable cause, is not resisting anything...

one can not breach the peace of a peace officer.

no ONE HAS to assist an investigation, especially if it is he whom is being investigated. the right to not incriminate ones self.
