Still, you have a certain amount of time to return that sucker, if I am not mistaken. Why don't you make him a GIFT by zeroing his account, and terminate the contract asap? It looks like you are being baited. Just sayin. It sound too fishy to me. Dump that shit. You have other battles to fight.

Seriously Chris Evan, play it total ignorant, first I'd go to the bank and try to get this through over the counter... Of course that psycho customer of your landscaping company sent you a bunch of instructions in writing with that bill of exchange, right ? Bring all that psycho crap to the bank. If they wont, send the bill of exchange to the bank registered mail with every possible question and a copy of the psycho customer's letter... Try to either make it go through or have them tell you WHY they wont, but cover ALL ANGLES ! If they refuse, send the whole shabang, psycho letter, your letter to the bank and their answer, to the FED, say the bank wouldnt help you, you dont understand because the law says you MUST present it to payment else the psycho is free, so you really want the payment for that bill which is probably gazzillions dollars, and that psycho guy seems to actually be telling the TRUTH, so you dont understand why the bank refused... You want answers from all them motherfuckers ! Fuck is this place getting entertaining or what !?

use the night deposit onvelope, and deposit to the account, then administratively deal with the bank. you have a contract with the party, this is why you get a deposit and regular payments... you may have to resort to filing a claim, and default, and lien...

yah any updates? you DO have a written contract with this party which claims if he doesnt pay, you have the right to undo everything done, and/or lien the property for recovery in any such event. this is why my clients by metal from me, they have an obligation to compensate my work efforts without a 'tender for law'. AND i typically get paid upfront or have a third party hold the payment. this is why Etherium will be great for those of us who privately contract.
