THE ATTORNEY is ALWAYS the beneficiary. The CLIENT becomes a WARD OF THE COURT.

I wonder if what C. Brian was writing though was just his "BELIEF" and/or "OPINION," being all friend(ly)-of-the-court and all.....meh- he's not a PARTY to this conversation, so he has no STANDING in this matter anyways ;)

This gives me ideas, next time some worthless-public-servant thinks they can try and run-a-fast-one by me with a NOTICE regarding their codes/by-laws that don't apply to ME. "TAKE NOTICE you SHALL be CONSIDERED the SURETY for this matter if THIS NOTICE of MINE is NOT REBUTTED"

Seems to me there would be a potential pit-fall for public servants who hand out NOTICES knowing that in doing so they are acting under the color of law- like, what if we were to actually call BULLSHIT on them...at least put THEM on-the-spot, and make them have to back it up
