Great to see this again. So Chris Evan, this applies for the USA, or Canada only?

I don't know...that's why I asked. I have 20 motorized copies and 25 certified copies. I don't know how they could discharge on a copy of a bond. :-/

"Make LOTS of NOTARIZED copies of your BIRTH CERTIFICATE. " Is a copy of the notarized document acceptable? As long as you have the original you can send copies, correct?

I am slightly confused here.... A notorized copy is notice, but the original is a bond, yes??

Chris Evan, the certified copy, or notarized copy, is PROOF of the EXISTENCE of surety......they just look at it and say, Oh, ok, it's true......that's all they do with it... They don't EXCHANGE it into something else !!! :/

Here, there is no "just a Notrary." To be a notary, you MUST be a LAWYER first. And they have given them instructions that only the Vital Statistic Office can make certified copies of the birth certificate, and that they will "loose their license" if the make copies of a birth certificate. BUT, REAL surety bonds here are just $5 dollars per bond from Vital Statistics, haha! So I do not have this problem. I can request up to 10 at the time. :D And it's not my fault!

In this part of the world, Queensland, Australia, notaries don't need to be lawyers but they do need to be allowed into the club by the archbishop of Canterbury. Go figure. www.societyofnotaries-qld.org/appointment.htm

The registrar general of Ontario has its SEAL on the Birth Certificate...a DEED is also SEALED, and so is a COVENANT- and, they CHOSE in action to do it.....no use in making a PROMISE gratuitously otherwise
