I see it as a decentralized corp, on the block chain, so each and every transaction that corp will make, will get to be VERIFIED by millions, so no need a watch dog or middleman, or anything like that.... :D
But that's mostly come from my IMAGINATION of the way I grasp all this, don't take it for REAL.....check this out yourself... :)
