"This isn't about anarchy or extremism, this is purely about saying we are entitled to our financial transactions privacy." That's for me, I want no fucker snooping into my affairs.
Don't be Michael, there was many that shat bricks when it hit rock bottom multiple times via propaganda the multi-national corps trying to destabilize it & sabotage it. Plus there is many other Cryptocurrencies you can trade in besides Bitcoin. There is over 350 at present.
Mostly fuel..... or the chemicals to make biodiesel...... like if I could buy methanol and lye with dogecoin I could truly make fuel outside the system
Lets call it, FTP Investment Corp. ( and creating that corp via Ethereum would be awesome :P )
And then, that corp could get these product using CAD currencies, and sell it to you by accepting another currency, like dogecoin, and doing it as INVESTMENT, like this 9111-1111 Quebec Inc just bought a 2007 Ford Freestar for 3000 dogecoin from a PERSON that seems to have TRUST that dogecoin are great values, for the future :D
I see it as a decentralized corp, on the block chain, so each and every transaction that corp will make, will get to be VERIFIED by millions, so no need a watch dog or middleman, or anything like that.... :D
But that's mostly come from my IMAGINATION of the way I grasp all this, don't take it for REAL.....check this out yourself... :)
Ok, so to be able to create any value on the ethereum network, it appears that one needs to know how to code or at least have a decent working understanding of coding.
General Question to those in the group with knowledge on the subject: If English is the language of commerce, what is the equivalent code/language on Ethereum?
In other words, what is the most useful coding language to learn? Are there several? If so, which ones are the most user friendly for a noob like me?
These may seem like naive questions, but I wish to make efficient use of the information and fasttrack my efforts, so any assistance would be appreciated.
In short, where is the best place to LEARN now, in order to be able to RULE or at least add VALUE later?
Thanks :D
Also, www.codeacademy.com and www.programmr.com both have handy, interactive lessons as well in a number of programming languages. I started with PHP on Code Academy, as it covers the basics, and then moved to Programmr.
Yes, definitely do both! MIT's Introduction To Computer Science 6.00.1x, and then Introduction To Computational Thinking and Data Science 6.00.2x will teach the fundamentals of programming itself.
I've been reading up on Ethereum. .. I am getting excited about this... decentralized business model decentralized currency.....
Too many ideas to list gotta slow down and start figuring how to use this code
I think were all on the same page here. :D
Think of Ethereum as Money with Law contracts, escrow, and accounting attached to it, instead of a TENDER FOR LEGAL SHIT. It is attached by a Turing-Complete language/API. The SERVICE can be ATTACHED TO THE CURRENCY ITSELF (See NAMECOIN).
Imagine if you were on the Internet in 1984, like me. TRY to grasp the advantages I have JUST BY BEING THERE BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE.
...go on. TRY.
Well that's where you are NOW, only with MONEY/LAW ITSELF!
...but first I must collapse the banking system and start a war.
So while I'm busy with THAT, you should be studying :D
