I was talking about the ticket JANICK got last year for not buying a tag for HER dog (didn't know any better at the time).
I then received a NOTICE OF JUDGEMENT that I discharged. (Pete, you helped me with that)
The 2 tickets I got for JANICK this weekend, I DID NOT discharged yet!!!
