You do not work LEGALLY in CANADA, but you accept CANADA's legal tender as payment, for goods and services you sell....

Canada, the geographic area, has nothing to do with LEGALLY, and/or ILLEGALLY working...

So, what you are saying, you are ILLEGALLY working in CANADA, accepting CANADA's legal tender a PAYMENT, without ACCEPTING the legal shit attached to these LEGAL notes.....

This note IS legal tender. That that IS is not that that IS not (read until you get it) so Menard doesn't realize that he is spouting nonsense because facing up to this fact would undermine his entire freedumb philosophy. Conversely when the dollar originally had written on it for 'payment of ALL debts, public and private' it was giving notice that it wasn't really money even though the majority would never quite grasp this. In law the inclusion of one thing is the exclusion of all others. A private debt as we know can be settled by any method such as with favours or even with a bullet in the head. Or you could promise to pay by writing an IOU or hand over a piece of paper called a bank note which is really a promise to pay a promise. Here in Australia the banknotes don't even have a dollar symbol on them and the numbers are irregular making the numbers appear as such 1o, 2o, 5o and so on. Really they are just pretty pieces of plastic that people BELIEVE is money.

If you look at the 13th and 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution, the creation and roles of the Federal Reserve, the present arguments Scott makes logical sense. Unfortunately, the perspective Scott offers are in stark contrast to what people think. Why would you educate your competition to a higher degree? This allows those in power to quickly to defeat any opponent who excels in the modern system. If you regulate the patent office, you verify patents. The control determines who receives patents. The Government educates you for their advantage, not yours. The earlier fact can be blatantly represented by the calamity of the education system today. The lobbyists, groups and corporations put these mechanisms in place for their own profit. The problem I experience with people like Menard is comprehending this would unwind their mind. They cannot discern the truth because it's more acceptable to believe a lie.

'Money is debt in transit'...makes so much sense:

The day to day cash/debt transfer situation may or may not have the legal obligations enforced...does that mean that the obligation doesn't exist?

In much the same way as running a red light at 2am may not have the 'illegal' act enforced...does that mean that a statutory (clubhouse) offence has not occurred?

BUT, when a cop is at the side of the road or a red light camera takes a pic, it is quite probable that there will be some form of enforcement of the statutory obligation/penalty.

SIMILARLY, when someone places that legal tender into an account, the bank is well within its rights to give the account a 'haircut/bailout/steal from it' because they are taking back what is theirs...Cyprus being a case in point.

AGAIN, when a government entity is allowing and/or supporting 'quantitative easing'/dumping billions into the money supply, there is a collective 'theft' or 'dilution' of the perceived wealth of the masses...or are they just serving their own corporate agenda using their own corporate tools?

OR every time someone signs or inputs a pin for a credit card transaction, creating an increase in the level of M3 for the equivalent amount as the transaction, this dilution of the collective value of the legal tender acts as a stealth tax/act of theft against the value of every holder and/or user of legal tender.

So, IF the creator of that legal tender has the AUTHORITY to manipulate the (perceived) VALUE of their creation in this manner, there is obviously a knock on effect to EVERY holder and/or user of that legal tender...no one who uses that shit gets to escape the tender for law, it is all pervasive.

By using legal tender or 'a' legal tender, everyone is subject (to a greater or lesser degree) to the rules governing its' creation and/or destruction.

By actively shrinking money supply (ie: taking back what is theirs on a massive scale), the situation becomes akin to the classic childrens' game musical chairs...except there are loads of children and not many chairs...

Whether the perceived VALUE of the 'a' legal tender goes up or goes down, many (and progressively more) people are going to be exchanging their energy, time and property for a progressively smaller/less valuable piece of pie...the knock on effect to society will be massive and unprecedented...

To say that these events do not adversely affect EVERY user of 'a' legal tender is naive at best, because although every transaction has not been accounted for, everyone holding and/or using 'a' legal tender shall be held accountable and one way or another, the debt is going to be enforced.

Since I'm one of the few of us not banned and I mentioned people here, and the Admiral gets really surly when people play "he said/she said" game, I paste a verbatim copy here.

Mackximus Minimus, that may be a bit too much reality for these "free" folk. I suspect you'll either be banned, or Menard will start firing off convoluted bullshit from the 1200's, the bible, and possibly from "the book of life" that he borrowed from "Jesus", who is totally real, and who has a totally not-gay personal relationship with him. Honest.

I've spent 35 years trying to find where Scott Duncan is wrong. It's a waste of time trying. He taught me how to live without Joinder 20 years ago. I've watched him create 8 millionaires, JUST so he could have some obscure piece of technology produced. I've lost count of the times I've said "oh there's no way he could have planned for that" only to have my own experience refute that. It's terrifying if you don't get how he does it.

Don't get me started on women! He has, what appears to be, a power over them. It's like he knows everything about who they are the second he makes eye contact. You have to see it to really appreciate it. I do, and I make sure my daughters are at least 2000 miles away from him.

He taught me about women too. Women, it seems will pay any price for the luxury of someone who truly understands them. Even their own self actualization. He turns them into dreadful weapons.

Robert Menard knows little of the accounting scale Scott works in. Scott's currency is so large, it wouldn't fit in the pathetically small space that "money" occupies. They all swear it's of their "own free will" and will always declare it. The only women of Scott's that I've ever witnessed crying, are the ones he cast off, because they didn't make the grade. The rest won't shut up about how alive they feel and how much happier they are. I guess I have to believe them. I look in their eyes, and I see joy, but I can't help noticing "consumed" there somewhere.

Tara Duncan appears to be the exception. I'm told that SHE chose HIM, and he surrendered instantly. It's a thought and concept I still can't get my head around. He had that very same "consumed"/"joyful" look I saw in each and every one of his women. It seems to have changed him in no noticeable way, but I wonder if the hunter became prey? I don't know Tara. I only met her once, and that was back when Scott was a Captain, and was working for another Captain, and we were all drinking in a closed bar called "Devil's Advocate" (Irony). She made a colleague pay with his dignity, for a condescending presumption. That's all I remember of her. That was in the 1990's. They seem to be a truly united front.

Experience has taught me that if Scott will fulfill his agenda, no matter who suffers. God help Menard, if Scott has formed hostile intent against him.

(Yes, I said "God". It's a Jew Thing! Don't make me pull out the "anti-Semite" card!)

I appreciated reading your comment Daniel J Wentz. I learned of the Admiral through jailbird Clifford's facebook page. I could instantly recognize the TRUTH in his words...words spoken with a confidence that I did not judge as arrogance.

I know arrogance. Arrogance comes from a BELIEF that you are better than you are or know more than you do. It is also very fragile with a razor thin veneer. It is only a matter of time before those who possess it will trip themselves up with their own deceipt.

I was struck by the Admiral's comments because they were DIRECT and stood in stark contrast to anything else I had read from any FREEDUMBer. He seems to be a Man's MAN....a best kept secret!

I wish I had known of him and this group in January 2013 when I began to "test" the information I was learning from these Freedumbers in an effort to confirm the TRUTH. I have not had the pleasure to meet this Scott Duncan but he if he is anything he is a rare breed and VERY intriguing.

A mentor/teacher/leader/ADMIRAL cares not about whether he is liked. He has no time for such superficial niceties. True teachers/mentors are not your fucking friend. You either embrace what is being gifted to you or you do not. Your fucking choice!

If you decided to come aboard then "first you-a do-a things a ma way....and then you'a do-a things a your way" (hard to immitate Italian with words). This was something my mentor learned from his mentor and shared with me. It has stuck with me.
