Next time I go there, I am planning on accepting the oath of the fucker, having a STACK of BCs and waiving them around and saying "How many of these are required for discharge?" Let them refuse the presentment on the record and deny me my rights after I reserved them all....I believe that is a defaulted security. I also think that is grounds for a Notice of Lien, is it not?
