To my understanding, all the warrants are generated from Kourt Dockets....at least, that is the number on all of them I have seen. So, yes. If that is the case, they have all been liened. But I am still not sure if Scott meant something else by "SECURE THE WARRANTS". I think they were SECURED before they were issued..unless I am mistaken
